Cancellation Policy We value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all of our clients. In order to respect the schedules of both our clients and our team, we kindly request that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so by 8 PM the evening before your scheduled treatment. Unfortunately, if an appointment is missed or canceled on the same day, a 50% service fee will be charged.
